Can my 7 year old Border Collie be considered a “puppy” for purposes of this parade? He is definitely a puppy at heart.
Dan R.
Dan, One year a very ‘old dog’ took part that had a distinctly humanoid look to him. I think the rule is, if you have a tail and can wag it, you qualify.
Hey Dan,
Good question. Yes, by all means your 7 yr old Border Collie is welcome to register in the “Puppy Parade”.
Puppy at heart…
Puppy by age…
Puppy by looks…
All are eligible for the “Puppy Parade”. The more – the merrier!
